Logging Coupe Planning
A good coupe plan should show clearly such things as soil type, contours, slopes, location and direction of snig tracks, landings, gullies, crossing points, buffer zones, and some information on land adjoining the coups.
This example is an illustration from the Tasmanian Code of Practice.

When plans have been submitted at all in the region they have been inadequate to define anything but the area to be harvested.
